About Our Doctor,

Known to some, he is a father, a brother, a husband and a friend. Yet what might be the reasons of what makes him unique to all who meet him is this...

Although some circumstances for needing a healthcare physician might involve feelings of grief, fear or pain.

Dr. Curtis Story ensures quality care to those in need of it. A source of comfort, a reason for hope, a cause for relief. For when people arrive at his practice, they are greeted as a patient, listened to as a friend and leave as part of a family.

For his patients, Dr. Curtis Story takes his own calls after hours and on the weekends. Dr. Story admits his own patients to Fawcett Memorial Hospital and helps in coordination with their hospital stay as well as their aftercare. Home visits can also be arranged for the elderly and other home bound circumstances.

He received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Biology in 2003. He was a Hospital Corpsman and Medical Technologist for the United States Navy. After he completed his Doctorate and Residency he was recruited from the University and relocated to Florida, where he started practicing at a local Physician Group. He then decided, he wanted to continue on his own, as a solo practice and Story Family Medicine was opened in July 2012 and has been ever since.

Enjoys Backpacking, Camping, Hiking, Fishing, Numismatics, Genealogy and spending time with his family and children. His greatest accomplishment is raising his 4 children. He recently became a Grandfather to his grandson Sam. The person that influenced him the most was his grandmother. She taught him to put his own interests and feelings aside and focus on helping others before his own needs.. She taught him kindness, generosity, love and empathy. He would not the man, doctor or physician today if it wasn't for her.
